Delete your Gym Progress Tracker account
Gym Progress Tracker is published by Technaharia. You can request deletion of your server account and associated cloud data at any time using the steps below.
How to delete your account (in the app)
- Open Gym Progress Tracker on your Android device.
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to Menu → Settings.
- Expand Advanced, then Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is processed immediately. You will be signed out and your server account will be removed.
Cannot access the app?
Email us from the address linked to your account: admin@technaharia.in. Include your registered email address. We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days (usually sooner).
Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove from our servers:
- Your account profile (email address and display name)
- Pro subscription entitlement records tied to your account
- Registered device records
- Encrypted cloud backup metadata stored on our servers
- Promo or redemption records linked to your account
Data that is kept
- Workout, nutrition, measurements, and progress photos on your phone remain on your device unless you uninstall the app or clear app data. Account deletion does not erase local data.
- Google Drive backups you created remain in your own Google Drive until you delete them in Google Drive.
- Google Play purchase history is retained by Google according to Google's policies.
- Support feedback you previously submitted may be kept in anonymized form (without your user ID) for product improvement.
- Server logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud prevention, then automatically purged.
Partial data deletion
We do not offer a separate request to delete only part of your server account data. To remove cloud account data, delete your account as described above. To remove data stored only on your device, use Android app settings to clear storage or uninstall the app.
